Job Title:

A senior role with key responsibilities includes managing end-to-end transitions to GCC, handling projects for new process/technology implementation, and owning the transition/project methodology.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating transition/project plans, maintaining documentation to capture process performance and success criteria, providing transparency and visibility to senior leadership, following organizational methodologies, and enhancing the transition/project methodology as required.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to drive transitions, projects & change across the organization, high stakeholder management with onshore and offshore teams throughout various transition stages.
  • Acting as a guide and support 'lite' transitions managed within business functions, leading special projects and process improvement initiatives for GCC.

Requirements:

  • Graduation/post-graduation degree
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred
  • 10-15 years of experience in leading end-to-end process migrations & other transitions, program management, and change management
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures, excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA from a premier business school
  • End-to-end experience leading transitions and transformational initiatives, domain knowledge in the Insurance space, latest project management practices and industry trends
