Job SummaryYou will drive both HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards for our dynamic organization as a key member of our team.
Responsibilities:- Work closely with business leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on org design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
- Drive key initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning.
- Lead change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture lens.
- Total Rewards Strategy Development:
- Design, benchmarking, and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
- Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
- Performance Appraisal Cycle Management:
- Own and execute the performance appraisal cycle.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and business goals.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet both business and regulatory standards.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits. Prior experience managing ESOP programs is a plus.
- Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
