About the Role

The Sales function of the Company is a key contributor to the Company's top-line, accounting for over 90% of its revenue. The function is responsible for business planning, business development, client order fulfillment, and sales capability building. It utilizes world-class processes, cutting-edge technology, and analytics to achieve business growth objectives.

About the Position

This role is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing, and product development programs to achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Assimilate and analyze information on clients, their competition, and market trends to inform sales planning.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve budgeted figures for assigned clients.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and logistics.

Develop and maintain rapport with key clients and agencies to understand their business needs and concerns.

Provide regular sales reviews and suggest necessary course corrections to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree with an MBA
  • 4-9 years of relevant experience in sales and business development
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to deliver results within tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of media, advertising, clients, and agency businesses
