Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Parker's Consulting & Ventures Pvt. Ltd. This role involves managing key client accounts and driving sales expansion. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-3 years of experience in a similar position. This is a full-time opportunity based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Manage and develop relationships with existing key clients
- IDentify new business opportunities and expand the client base
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Understand client financial needs
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Sound knowledge of financial products and services
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
Compensation and Benefits
Our estimated annual salary for this position is ₹2,500,000 - ₹4,000,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and professional development opportunities.
