Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil engineer to support civil design activities on projects mainly in North America region.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Highway design team to deliver future transportation projects globally, adhering to safety and operational performance standards.

  • Model and design roadways using Open Road/Open Rail, Civil-3D, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Prepare production drawings, including plans, profiles, detailed cross sections, typical sections, and intersection details.
  • Civil site design for facilities and developments, considering environmental factors and local regulations.
  • Develop standard designs for civil roadway projects, including hydraulic calculations for bridges, meeting international codes and standards.
  • Capture client requirements and advise on civil works, systems, and requirements to meet their needs and comply with safety codes.
  • Manage assigned scope within agreed schedules and budgets, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Advance in career by taking increased responsibilities on projects and organization, fostering growth and development.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player, able to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2 to 7 years of working experience in the related civil roadway transportation industry.
  • Working knowledge of International codes and standards (ASCE, ACI, AASHTO, FHWA, American-DOT etc.) applicable for Roads and rail projects.
  • Knowledge of Highway Safety Guidelines and relevant codes.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to self-check and produce accurate work.
