- Work on delivery of multidisciplinary projects with inputs from transport, energy, sustainability, and building engineers.
- Assist the Project Lead/Discipline Lead and support development of junior team members.
- Identify opportunities to grow the team and bring in new skills.
- Prepare designs, drawings, technical reports, specifications, and schedules.
- Provide technical expertise in highway engineering and linear infrastructure projects.
Your Skills and Experience
- 46 years of relevant experience in highway/infrastructure engineering.
- Proven ability to collaborate on multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in masterplan engineering (linear infrastructure, highway engineering, and dry utilities).
- Skilled in formulating options, holistic analysis, and providing sustainable solutions to clients.
- Awareness or experience in applying sustainability principles to infrastructure engineering.
- Good IT skills, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Civil3D, digital twin, automation.
- Degree in Civil Engineering; Master's in Highway or Linear Infrastructure preferred.
- International exposure (Middle East / UK) is an advantage.
- Desire for continuous improvement and delivering high-quality work.
