Highway Engineer

Your Next Challenge:

  • We are seeking an experienced Highway Engineer to lead multidisciplinary projects.
  • As a key member of our team, you will assist the Project Lead and support development of junior engineers.
  • You will identify opportunities to grow the team and bring in new skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop designs, drawings, technical reports, specifications, and schedules for highway engineering and linear infrastructure projects.
  • Provide technical expertise in project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Your Skills and Experience
  • 46 years of relevant experience in highway/infrastructure engineering with a proven track record of collaboration on complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Experience in masterplan engineering (linear infrastructure, highway engineering, and dry utilities) with a focus on sustainable solutions.
  • Skilled in formulating options, holistic analysis, and providing innovative solutions to clients.
  • Awareness or experience in applying sustainability principles to infrastructure engineering.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Civil3D, digital twin, and automation tools.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering; Master's in Highway or Linear Infrastructure preferred.
  • International exposure (Middle East / UK) is an advantage.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality work and continuous improvement.
