About the Role

As a Highway Engineer, you will be working on multidisciplinary projects that involve collaboration with transport, energy, sustainability, and building engineers.

  • Deliver high-quality results in complex project environments.
  • Support junior team members in their professional development and growth.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the team's skillset and bring in new expertise.
  • Create designs, drawings, technical reports, specifications, and schedules.
  • Provide technical guidance in highway engineering and linear infrastructure projects.
Your Expertise

We are looking for individuals with relevant experience in highway/infrastructure engineering.

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Strong ability to collaborate on multidisciplinary projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with masterplan engineering, including linear infrastructure, highway engineering, and dry utilities.
  • Skill in formulating options, conducting holistic analysis, and providing sustainable solutions to clients.
  • Awareness or experience in applying sustainability principles to infrastructure engineering.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Civil3D, digital twin, automation tools.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering; Master's in Highway or Linear Infrastructure preferred.
  • International exposure, especially in Middle East or UK, is an advantage.
  • Potential for continuous improvement and delivering high-quality work.
