Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic retail professional to lead our boutique's daily operations. This role involves driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and fostering strong relationships with customers.

  • Optimize store performance by exceeding sales targets and increasing profitability.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of customer needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with interior designers and architects to convert project business.
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer service and create an engaging in-store experience.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, visual merchandising, and reporting in line with brand guidelines.
  • Develop and expand high-value customer database, collecting and maintaining customer information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in Sales or Retail Management

·       Experience: Minimum 4 years of retail sales operational experience with luxury or premium brands

·       Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi

·       Skills:

Ø  Organized and process-oriented approach

Ø  Strong brand image consciousness

Ø  Ability to write clear reports

Ø  Self-motivated individual with excellent communication and presentation skills

Ø  Proactive problem-solving and multinational environment adaptability

Ø  Proficiency in computer software and analytical skills
