We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical product leader to oversee the development and management of our global digital platform.

This role requires a strong technical background and deep understanding of marketing technology products in healthcare and life science industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and development team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet technical and business requirements for healthcare and life science marketing technology products.
  • Evaluate and document product requirements.
  • Work closely with UX designers to create user stories and wireframes.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
  • Manage the product roadmap and release schedule.
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as computer science or engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience as a product owner or similar role in a technology/healthcare company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience in Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA.
Requirements
  • Digital technologies expertise including B2C/B2B/E-commerce websites, CMS, cloud DB, CRM, integration & other API services.
  • Experience in software development processes.
  • Strong project management skills managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in healthcare and life science marketing technology products is a must.
  • Expertise in ETL tools, Data Lake, and dashboard visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
  • Able to manage pressure and deliver top-quality outcomes.
  • Enthusiastic with strong relationship management skills and objective-oriented focus.
