As a strategic leader, you will drive the development and implementation of our SAP S/4HANA system landscape.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to join a team that develops and maintains the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders and customers globally to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain the roadmap for product costing, controlling, and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
  • Lead a team of professionals in the FI-CO space with emphasis on product costing, controlling, and FP&A.
  • Provide business understanding of end-to-end process design of functions in FI-CO and offer recommendations based on industry best practices.
  • Establish and execute a strong engagement plan with global and regional stakeholders.
  • Identify new solutions that impact business objectives and drive innovation in the field of FI-CO, product costing, controlling, and FP&A.
  • Develop partnerships with SAP and other strategic vendors for products in portfolio and participate in RFP processes.
  • Implement enhancements to the current S/4HANA controlling and product costing, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP PaPM, and Hana Cloud systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT and Finance to understand business requirements related to product costing, controlling, and FP&A, and translate them into digital solutions.
  • Participate in the S/4 Hana Global project to upgrade from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
  • Manage a team of professionals globally, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with new SAP technologies and recommend and implement improvements to the SAP systems.

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient cost calculations for products and services by understanding SAP product costing, controlling, and FP&A modules, and configuration.
