Senior Supply Chain Strategist

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will participate in presales cycles across industries and geographies, working closely with the sales team or prospect directly to gain a clear understanding of business needs and formulate their point of view on how to address it with o9 offerings.

They will understand industry demos with reference terminologies, workflows, challenges, and KPIs, and assess incremental changes required for specific prospect needs. Additionally, they will immerse themselves in the o9 platform and have fun solving a variety of business problems ranging from deep optimization to the application of latest neural network models.

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience modeling supply chain planning problems in enterprise applications is a must.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and SOP.
  • Skills: Statistical, optimization, and simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, SAS, CPLEX, or similar is desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.
  • Characteristics: Structured and professional work ethic with ability to prioritize tasks, sequence tasks, and highlight any risks in a timely fashion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of experience modeling supply chain planning problems in enterprise applications.
