Job Overview

The role of a Supply Chain Management Specialist involves providing technical expertise to help customers achieve their business objectives through the effective implementation of Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing solutions.

This position requires an individual with a strong understanding of supply chain management processes, as well as experience in implementing and configuring Oracle applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting solution workshops, conceptualizing integration designs, and presenting ideas and solutions to clients.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build rapport with all stakeholders. A Bachelor of Engineering or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred, along with 5-10 years of experience in EBS or Cloud Application Implementations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Supply Chain Management expertise, including Source – Procurement, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Approval Management AMX/BPM, Inventory Management, Order Management, Pricing, Sales and Service Contract, Install Base, Manufacturing, Planning.
  • Experience in one or more modules like Procurement Suite covering Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, SQM, Approval Management using AMX and BPM, and Inventory.
  • At least 3-4 full life cycle implementations, preferably with US implementation experience.
  • Experience in conducting architecture, design, and solution workshops, conceptualizing and articulating integration designs, and conducting Conference Room Pilots.
  • Ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear & concise manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with all stakeholders.
