Executive Host and Floor Captain

We are looking for a charismatic and experienced individual to lead our team as an Executive Host and Floor Captain. This role requires a warm, confident, and solution-oriented person who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Be the face of our restaurant – greet guests warmly, ensure their experience is memorable, and encourage them to leave with a smile.
  • Lead the floor with poise – coordinate tables, manage service flow, and address any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Champion guest satisfaction – guarantee that every guest feels valued, heard, and delighted by our service.
  • Coach & guide the team – maintain a positive atmosphere, train staff to deliver exceptional service, and foster a culture of teamwork and camaraderie.
  • Upsell with charm – suggest special dishes, drinks, or experiences that enhance our guests' dining pleasure.


Requirements
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in restaurants, premium casual dining, or hospitality
  • Natural charisma and warmth – guests should feel at ease around you
  • Sharp under pressure – remain composed and focused even during peak hours
  • Excellent communication skills in English (and Hindi/Punjabi)
