The Guest Services Associate plays a pivotal role in creating memorable moments for guests at our restaurants. This individual is responsible for warmly welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.

We're looking for a friendly and skilled team member who can work effectively within a fast-paced restaurant environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a smile, making them feel comfortable and valued.
  • Manage reservations, maintain an organized seating plan, and assist with waiting lists.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Handle billing, process payments, and address any guest concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas, and support setup and closing activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a seamless and pleasant dining atmosphere.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional hospitality training preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a restaurant/hospitality environment is desirable.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to multitask, remain organized, and stay calm under pressure.
  • A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
