Food and Beverage Executive Job Description

Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. This role requires a strong service focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our hospitality team and contribute to the success of our hotel. As a Food and Beverage Executive, you will be at the forefront of guest interactions, ensuring every dining experience is memorable while supporting smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide personalized and professional service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain High Standards: Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in all service areas, including food preparation and presentation.
  • Support F&B Supervisor: Work closely with the F&B Supervisor to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and provide support as needed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely food and beverage delivery, maintaining a positive and productive working relationship.

Requirements:

  • Service-Focused Personality: A passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to the success of the team.
