Job Description

As a Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations to provide an exceptional experience for esteemed guests. You will review operations of the previous period, identify deviations, and initiate corrective action to maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review Operations: Review records/logs/reports of previous period operations, identify deviations, and initiate corrective action to ensure seamless execution.
  • Plan Operations: Plan a system for recording events, plan protocol arrangements for guests, execute planned/unplanned events/facilitation with internal & external agencies.
  • Admin Functions: Ensure upkeep of infrastructure and consumables to meet guest standards, maintain coordination with authorities and service providers.
  • Team Environment Management: Manage team 24/7 with manpower allocation and shift roster, conduct regular interactions with team members, and utilize organizational programs to motivate and recognize team performance.
