Sales Role Overview
Our organization seeks a skilled professional to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for generating demand from assigned customers and regions, fostering strong relationships to meet business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing exceptional service to build trust and loyalty.
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies in collaboration with your Manager, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
- Cultivate partnerships with dealers to ensure smooth supply chain operations, driving mutual success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1-5 years of experience in Sales or a related field, preferably in Optometry or a related industry.
A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a proven ability to develop and maintain a robust customer base.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
