
Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Revenue Generation Specialist to drive sales growth by developing and managing a network of franchise partners.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Network Development:
- Identify prospective franchise partners and conduct feasibility assessments.
- Negotiate franchise agreements and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct sales and franchisee channels.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Franchisee Management:
- Onboard new franchisees with detailed product training and compliance guidelines.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure targets are met.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- 2 – 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or franchise/channel development roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
