Job Description:About Our Digital Unit:
We are a newly established unit at our bank, focused on revolutionizing banking. Our goals include building customer-centric products with human-centered design principles for retail individual and MSME customer segments.
We aim to build innovative products and propositions backed by problem-solving mindsets to discover and solve latent customer needs.
We also focus on building embedded finance (banking as a service) applications.
To ensure our designs are highly available, highly modular, highly scalable, and highly secure.
Drive digital business growth through strategic initiatives.
Some of the applications managed by our digital unit include mobile apps, netbanking, and more.
The objectives of our digital unit are threefold:
- Drive better customer experience and engagement.
- Transform existing lines of businesses.
- Build new digital-only or banking-as-a-service-led digital business models.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for driving adoption and engagement for our mobile app across customer segments.
An important part of our digital banking team, you will craft and execute strategies around new customer acquisition, driving customer value, and cross-selling.
In this role, you will shape the digital business of the bank by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:- Work on initiatives to increase traffic on our channels and drive conversion from target bases.
- Analyze user journeys to identify improvement areas.
- Work closely with product, analytics, and digital marketing teams.
- Use data analytics and segmentation to create targeted marketing strategies.
- Owning end-to-end measurement frameworks for growth experiments.
- Be the voice of the customer in shaping new features and products.
- Work closely with marketing teams to create awareness campaigns.
- Increase adoption of new products among existing consumers through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in growth/product marketing for digital businesses/apps.
- Customer-centric mindset and eye for detail.
- Prior experience working on campaign management tools and marketing tools.
- Hands-on experience with data extracting and interpretation tools.
- Prior experience executing D2C campaigns and content strategy.
