Job Title: Strategic Demand Planning Leader

They are seeking a Manager – S&OP & Analytics with 4–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, and S&OP leadership. The role will drive the monthly S&OP cycle, align demand and supply, and deliver insights through KPI dashboards and advanced analytics to support business growth and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will lead the Sales & Operations Planning process for the business, ensuring strong alignment across demand, supply, and inventory planning. Responsibilities include:

  • Driving cross-functional collaboration and managing planning cycles.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment of demand forecasts with supply and inventory plans.
  • Identifying demand-supply gaps and driving resolution through scenario planning and cross-functional alignment.
  • Developing consensus forecast and ensuring timely updates in planning systems.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the role also involves:

Business Analysis
  • Performing data-driven analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in sales, inventory, and supply performance.
  • Developing what-if and sensitivity analysis for business decisions.
