About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to lead our luxury sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing high-net-worth individuals as potential clients, developing effective sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers to secure new business opportunities.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive luxury property sales.
- Performance Tracking: Set sales targets, track performance, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, and developers.
- Lead Generation Channels: Generate leads through various channels, such as networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective luxury buyers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and demographics to identify target markets and opportunities.
- Customer Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, objectives, and budget.
- Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate with customers and close sales as per approval matrix.
- Market Research: Stay updated on local and regional residential real estate market trends, property values, and regulations.
