Job Title:

SENIOR STORE MANAGER


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced retail professional to lead our store sales team and drive the success of our Delhi flagship boutique.


The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fashion and luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.


  • End-to-end ownership of the store, encompassing all aspects of retail operations.

A key responsibility of this role includes building and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and closing high-value jewelry sales. Strategic leadership direction is also required, setting clear goals and objectives to drive sales.


  • Sales strategies and initiatives are developed and executed to increase revenue and achieve targets.
  • Customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations are handled in a professional and timely manner.
  • Sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators are monitored and analyzed to identify areas for improvement.

Performance evaluations and feedback are conducted regularly to enhance staff skills and productivity.


  • Maintenance of high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization within the boutique.

Staffing needs, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management, are managed effectively to ensure optimal results.


Collaboration with the marketing team is necessary for planning and executing promotional activities and events at the store.


Requirements:
  • An MBA from a leading institution.
  • A fashion graduate from a Tier 1 Indian college.

Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in direct luxury sales, is essential. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.


  • Strong leadership and management skills are necessary, along with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
  • A results-oriented approach, with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
