
Luxury Retail Brand Trainer

Job Summary:
The Luxury Retail Brand Trainer will be responsible for training and developing employees to enhance their knowledge of products, improve customer service skills, and ensure a premium shopping experience. This role involves conducting training sessions, coaching staff on brand values, product details, and sales techniques, as well as grooming employees to align with luxury service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and luxury customer service.
- Conduct onboarding training for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the brand.
- Train employees on brand heritage, company values, and visual merchandising standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to improve staff performance and engagement.
- Organize grooming and etiquette workshops to maintain high luxury service standards.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback.
- Collaborate with store managers to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer expectations.
- Support the launch of new products by ensuring employees are well-informed and confident in their knowledge.
- Maintain training records and generate reports to measure training impact.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in luxury retail, training, or learning & development.
- Strong knowledge of luxury products, fashion trends, and high-end customer service.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and coach employees at all levels.
- Well-groomed, polished, and capable of setting an example in luxury etiquette.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and e-learning platforms.
