We're Hiring: Retail Trainer

Location: Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore

Work Week: 5 days | Standard 9-hour shift

A leading fashion & lifestyle retail brand is looking for a passionate Retail Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs that empower retail teams, elevate customer experience, and drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

  • Create & deliver engaging training modules (product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and store operations).
  • Conduct interactive classroom, on-the-job, and e-learning sessions.
  • Collaborate with retail managers & HR to plan and assess training outcomes.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and innovate training initiatives.
  • Coach retail staff to reinforce skills and ensure continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree (additional certifications in L&D / training a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in retail training or staff development.
  • Strong grasp of retail operations, sales, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Flexible to adapt to varied schedules (including weekends/holidays, if required).
