Area Sales Manager Job Description

This role is responsible for sales of our luxury handmade carpets to interior designers and architects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, be energetic and passionate about design.

The Area Sales Manager will be the face of our company in the region, networking with IDAs at events and exhibitions. They will also be responsible for handling project business through architects and interior designers, primarily in residential spaces.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with IDAs and architects
  • Developing and executing sales strategies
  • Managing project business from start to finish
  • Meeting sales targets and contributing to company growth
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A degree in Business Administration, Design, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Knowledge of project business and sales strategies
