Job Title: Business Development Professional

The primary function of this role is to acquire new customers and establish strong relationships with existing clients. This entails identifying potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Acquire new customers through converting referral leads, ensuring seamless customer onboarding and engagement, and fostering long-term relationships that drive business growth.
  • Business Development: Collaborate closely with partners, IFA, and other stakeholders in the assigned geography to provide right communication on Products, Solutions, and services which helps in their business growth.

Requirements:

  • Graduates or higher degree with a good demographic understanding and knowledge about the Finance Industry in the assigned geography.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in handling MFD / IFA / any Financial Products.
  • Strong relationship with IFAs/CAs and proven people, business, and client relationship handling skills.
  • Pleasing personality and effective communication skills.
