As our Flight Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end flight bookings, intricate itineraries, and exceptional support for high-net-worth individuals. You will navigate global carriers and routes to deliver accurate tickets, optimized fares, and swift responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage flight bookings, exchanges, cancellations, and ticket issuance via GDS systems.
  • Handle complex multi-city, international, and round-the-world itineraries.
  • Apply airline fare rules and interline agreements for best client outcomes.
  • Action PNRs within defined SLAs and maintain complete documentation across systems.
  • Coordinate fare optimization, refunds, and disputes directly with airlines.
  • Manage special requests: seat preferences, unaccompanied minors, meals, medical needs, and urgent issues.
  • Lead Debit Memo Management: Investigate and resolve ADMs swiftly, identify root causes, and implement prevention measures.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce ADM occurrences through staff training, documentation, and process improvements.
  • Oversight of BSP and ARC workflows from airline invoicing to reconciliation and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in high-net-worth client flight ticketing or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in one or more GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo).
  • In-depth understanding of international travel, fare construction, and route planning.
  • Expertise in BSP, ARC, PNR management, ticket issuance, and airline invoicing.
  • IATA Foundation or Consultant Certification required.
  • Precise verbal communication, attention to detail, and composure under pressure.
  • Bonus: Experience in luxury travel, private aviation, or VIP ticketing.
