Role Summary:

Job Title: Associate Manager - Account Management

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Job Description:

Job Profile/Description:

From a digital agency background with prior experience of handling blue-chip clientele.

He/She will lead the existing servicing groups (AE's, Junior AE's, Trainees) and will provide group accounts with strategic solutions.

Require 'rockstar' presentation and communication skills.

As a seasoned team leader, he/she will monitor day-to-day functioning of the groups and will steer them towards achievement of organizational objectives.

Roles the candidate is expected to play:

Client Servicing

• Understand key client industry issues relating to products, product categories, technologies, primary competition, and general issues facing the industry.

• Build strong relationships with clients and operate as day-to-day client contact.

• Address client issues effectively, thoughtfully.

• Evaluate campaign results against objectives; use results to suggest improvements to client or team.

Financial Planning and Management

• Assist in successfully growing existing accounts and develop programs to build business from existing clients.

• Take overall responsibility for all budget issues related to accounts including account profitability.

Business Development

• Make measurable contributions to the agency's new business programs including developing new business opportunities and participating in new business presentations.

People Development

• Participate and counsel professional and account development of team members.

• Coach and supervise team members.

• Engage in team-building activities.
