Senior R2R Analyst Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior R2R Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for preparing journal entries, reports, and reconciliations to support month-end and year-end close activities.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with 4-8 years of experience in the R2R domain, who can effectively communicate with various departments to research and close open items, and execute fixed assets, intercompany, and payroll accounting transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Journal Entries and Reconciliations: Prepare accurate and timely journal entries, reports, and reconciliations to support month-end and year-end close activities.
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliations, communicate with various departments to research and close open items.
  • Fixed Assets and Intercompany Transactions: Perform and execute fixed assets, intercompany, and payroll accounting transactions.
  • GL Postings and Month-End Process: Propose and park correction GL postings, work with onsite teams to facilitate the month-end process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advance Excel Knowledge: Possess strong skills in Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • PowerPoint Knowledge: Effective use of PowerPoint for presentations and communication.
  • Peoplesoft Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with Peoplesoft software and its applications.
  • Experience in Hospitality Industry (Added Advantage): Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
