Job Title: SAP FICO/R2R Specialist

Serve as a critical member of our organization's SAP Financial Configuration team, responsible for implementing and optimizing financial processes within our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement efficient SAP FICO R2R processes to support business growth and expansion.
  • Configure SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting, to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Manage month-end/year-end closing activities, reconciliations, and reporting to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions that meet their needs.
  • Integrate FICO with other SAP modules, such as Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, and Plant Maintenance, to enhance overall system functionality.
  • Develop and prepare functional specifications for custom developments to support the implementation of new processes and systems.
  • Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing, training, and documentation to ensure end-users are equipped to utilize the system effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP FICO with a focus on R2R process optimization.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in GL, AA, Financial Reporting, and Closing is essential.
  • Experience with New GL, Document Splitting, and Parallel Ledger is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, including IFRS/GAAP, is necessary.
  • Ability to write and validate functional specifications is crucial.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is preferred but not required.
