Financial Operations Leader

Job Summary:

Our organization seeks a seasoned Finance Operations expert to lead a cross-functional delivery team. This is a hands-on leadership role accountable for end-to-end service delivery, driving process improvement and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of financial services across R2R, I2C, and P2P.
  • Lead a team of 70–150 finance professionals.
  • Ensure end-to-end service delivery aligned with contractual SLAs and executive-level expectations.
  • Champion transformation initiatives leveraging technology, analytics, and process optimization.
  • Engage directly with client stakeholders and maintain executive-level relationships.

Candidate Profile:

  • Finance Qualifications: Chartered Accountant preferred or commerce graduate/postgraduate from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 10+ years in Finance & Accounting operations with strong hands-on experience in R2R, P2P, and I2C.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing finance teams of 70–150 FTEs.
