Senior Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Professional to lead our maintenance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 100 maintenance professionals to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and increase productivity.
  • Prepare and manage maintenance budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a large dairy, food, or pharma plant.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation) or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as energy manager, boiler engineer, TPM facilitator, or six sigma would be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets.
  • Knowledge of advanced maintenance practices such as RCA, CAPA, MTBF, MTTR, preventive and predictive maintenance, electronics equipment monitoring tools, and tackles.
  • Experience in executing and achieving plant KPIs such as productivity, losses, and complaint reduction, specific energy consumption, and production lines OEE improvement.
