Growth Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Growth Consultant. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful deployment of solutions for our clients.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. Understand client objectives and align them with our product solutions to drive their success.
  2. Prepare Detailed BRDs: Work closely with clients and pre-sales teams to detail the solutioning and prepare clear BRDs explaining process and system workflow and exception scenarios.
  3. Customer Success Management: Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client needs and ensuring adoption of new features, services, and solutions. Regularly review account performance metrics and KPIs to ensure client goals are met.
  4. Lead Implementation Projects: Drive implementation projects for systems by collaboratively working with clients, pre-sales teams, and product teams. Lead efforts to drive project management best practices so we deliver projects in agreed timelines with agreed resources and scope is closely monitored.
  5. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data to provide actionable insights to customers. Monitor and report on key metrics such as product adoption, engagement levels, and churn risk. Suggest improvements or changes based on analysis.
  6. CUSTOMER TRAINING & ENABLEMENT: Provide clients with training and resources to ensure they understand and can fully utilize the product. Develop customized learning paths and onboarding plans to accelerate time-to-value.
  7. Project Handover & Customer Feedback: Manage infant care, close all points by working with product and support teams. Create customer SOPs for processes that can be used by clients and internally by support. Work with the support team to handover the project to Support and KAM. Act as a voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback to product teams for improvements or new feature development based on client input. ],
