We are a dynamic real estate company seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to lead our business development efforts.

Job Description:
  • The ideal candidate will spearhead initiatives to forge and nurture relationships with business partners, driving new business opportunities for our organization.
  • They will be focused and possess strong communication skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to schedule high-quality leads for sales teams.
  2. Follow up with scheduled appointments, ensuring timely execution.
  3. Identify customer needs, provide project details, and offer solutions or alternatives.
  4. Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise.
  5. Timely follow-up with potential customers.
  6. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  7. Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
Requirements:
  • A graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education).
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in tele sales, inside sales, or similar.
  • Familiarity with CRM cloud telephony systems and practices.
  • Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types.
  • Able to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Prior experience in inside sales dealing with Indian consumers.
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in spoken English with proper grammar fluency.
Estimated Salary:

₹4,50,000 - ₹6,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
