  • Negotiate and draft client contracts, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to mitigate risks and optimize opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address contractual issues, ensuring seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, negotiating, and drafting client contracts
  • Drafting and reviewing real estate agreements
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts
  • Providing advisory support on employment/HR matters
  • Conducting research on relevant laws, regulations, and case law

Requirements:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced legal professional with a strong track record of success in contract negotiation and drafting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
