Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Manager to oversee contracts, ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and safeguard our legal interests across all operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of contract law, company law & IP laws.

They will draft, review, and manage contracts (clients, vendors, partners), ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and building codes, and protect intellectual property, including designs and trademarks.

This role requires excellent drafting, negotiation & communication skills, analytical and detail-oriented thinking, as well as proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

About the Role:

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts (clients, vendors, partners)
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and building codes
  • Protect intellectual property, including designs and trademarks
  • Provide legal advice to internal teams and support decision-making
  • Liaise with external counsel for litigation/specialized matters
  • Maintain organized legal records and draft standardized policies
  • Prepare and send legal notices when required

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of contract law, company law & IP laws
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation & communication skills
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution
  • 2-3 years of experience, preferably in real estate, architecture, or interior design
