Senior Financial Lawyer

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Derivative Lawyer to join our organization at a senior level.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience working with leading financial institutions, with exposure to European, Asian, and US markets.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A sound understanding of Corporate Law and Contract Law.
- Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating International Commercial Contracts and Agreements, including ISDA Master Agreement, Global Master Repurchase Agreement, Global Master Stock Lending Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
- Excellent collaboration and Team and People Management Skills, with the ability to train teams on derivative documents.
- A sound legal understanding.
- Advanced knowledge of finance-based contracts, derivative business, and market.
- Experience in negotiating derivative documents.
