Key Responsibilities:- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, affidavits, and applications with precision and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance across corporate, real estate, and regulatory matters through timely and efficient handling of work.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings, hearings, and government offices when required.
- Prepare and file applications, petitions, and responses with utmost care and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain organized legal records and case files for seamless reference and access.
- Coordinate with senior advocates, external counsel, and consultants to ensure smooth handling of ongoing matters.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws/regulations and keep management updated.
- Provide strategic legal advice to management on various transactions and disputes.
- LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred but not mandatory).
- Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
- 3+ years of experience in litigation, compliance, or corporate law (real estate exposure preferred).
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory processes, property laws, and commercial law.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with senior lawyers.
- Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines independently.
