Job Title: Legal Associate

As a seasoned legal professional, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to clients. This role involves drafting legal documents, delivering high-quality legal opinions, and representing clients in dispute resolution and negotiations.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents

You will prepare well-drafted documents such as contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions. Your expertise in legal document preparation will enable you to provide effective solutions to clients.

Legal Advisory

You will provide consistent and technically superior legal advice and solutions to clients. Your ability to analyze complex legal issues and deliver practical recommendations will be essential in this role.

Business Development and Client Acquisition

You will identify and acquire new clients through business development and retention strategies. Your strong relationship management skills will enable you to build trust with clients and drive business growth.

Dispute Management

You will develop and implement strategies to avoid and manage disputes. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and think critically will be essential in resolving complex disputes.

Negotiations and Client Counselling

You will represent clients in negotiations and provide expert client counselling. Your strong communication skills will enable you to build rapport with clients and negotiate effective outcomes.

Data Collection and Analysis

You will collect and analyze legal data to identify trends and insights. Your ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable recommendations will be essential in driving business growth.

Key qualifications for this role include:

- Graduate in Law (LLB, LLM, BA.LLB, BBA.LLB, BCom.LLB, CS)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office

- Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills

- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
