Beauty Brand Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique chance to work in a fast-paced startup environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various marketing tasks, including influencer outreach, PR drops, email campaigns, events, and growth tracking.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and other stakeholders to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Design and execute engaging email and WhatsApp campaigns to nurture customer relationships and drive conversions.
- Assist with launch campaigns, including digital, offline, and partnership initiatives.
- Collaborate with the founder to develop new campaign ideas and strategies.
Key Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing (internships count).
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Resourceful and creative problem-solver with a passion for beauty and pop culture.
- Thrives in a startup environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
