Beauty Tech Operations Specialist

A pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and optimizing operations to facilitate internal and external communication.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market analysis, identifying new revenue streams, event planning, and building relationships across the organization, ensuring strategic alignment and high-level project execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Support & Planning:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy, set goals, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Project Management:
- Oversee and drive key strategic initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth within the beauty tech or retail space.
- Communication & Alignment:
- Serve as a communication conduit between executives, departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely information flow.
- Market & Product Strategy:
- Conduct thorough market research to inform product positioning and competitiveness, and identify new revenue opportunities for the beauty brand.

- 2–4 years of experience in consulting, Startups, D2C, FMCG, or beauty/personal care
- An entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
