Effective leadership of the Beauty Department, driving business growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence demands a strong foundation in skin & hair services, sales acumen, and team management to guarantee client delight and revenue increase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve outstanding sales results by driving upselling, cross-selling, and renewals within Beauty, Derma, and Product categories.
  • Maintain superior service standards with customer satisfaction ratings above 90% through personalized consultations and issue resolution.
  • Ensure timely package execution and follow-up communications to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Promote adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain high levels of hygiene, and ensure equipment upkeep to deliver exceptional quality services.
  • Monitor product consumption and effectively manage stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient documentation and system entries for seamless operations.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate the Beauty team to drive collective success and achievement.
  • Allocate tasks, manage rosters, and monitor performance to maximize team productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular meetings, share promotions and incentives, and address grievances to foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Collaborate closely with the Slimming Head, Derma team, and Marketing/BTL department for cross-functional growth and activation opportunities.

  • Client-centric approach with a strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to handle varying shifts, relocations, and promotional duties.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience in a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
