Marketing Specialist - Influencer & Retention

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing influencer and retention marketing strategies.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, with experience working with YouTube influencers. You will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies, including scouting and closing agreements with influencers.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, including scriptwriting and reviewing video drafts.
  • Coordinate product dispatch with internal teams and influencers.
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • Experience in the FMCG or beauty industry is an advantage.
  • Sales support and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
