Job Title: Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data management and cloud technology. With a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions, they will spearhead our organization's Data Cloud initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive data models, ingestion strategies, identity resolution, harmonization, and activation of unified customer profiles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable data solutions.
  • Manage data governance, security, and compliance across multiple data sources.
  • Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, and external data platforms.
  • Provide expert guidance on AI/ML use cases, Data Cloud + Agentforce/Data Cloud + Einstein GPT integrations.
  • Mentor and lead a team of professionals including admins, developers, and data engineers.
  • Define best practices for data ingestion, APIs, connectors, and real-time streaming pipelines.
  • Partner with enterprise architecture and data teams to align Data Cloud initiatives with overall data strategy.
