Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for analytics and reporting needs.
  • Develop actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making by designing and building datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories using Salesforce CRM Analytics.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce CRM Analytics applications to meet specific business requirements, leveraging features such as SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, and recipes.
  • Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources, including Salesforce CRM data, ERP systems, and other third-party applications.
  • Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions, ensuring efficient data processing, storage, and visualization.
  • Provide training and technical support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Manufacturing & Automotive.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with SAQL, dataflows, and recipes is a plus.
