Salesforce Expert

The Salesforce technical implementation lead plays a pivotal role in the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions. This position combines technical expertise with project leadership to drive effective implementations that align with business objectives.

• Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom Force.com applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Oversee configuration, customization, integrations, and data migration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and enforce development standards, code reviews, and best practices for Salesforce solutions.
• Manage technical project deliverables, timelines, and resource planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with at least 2–3 years in a technical lead or architect capacity.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, data migration tools, declarative configuration, and CI/CD.

Professional Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce platform governance, security, and compliance requirements.
