Business Systems Specialist

As a key member of the Sales Operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring systemic accuracy and usability of our sales tools. This position will be based in our Bangalore office in India.

Job Role

This role involves timely and accurate resolution of support tickets related to Salesforce, Callidus CPQ, Clari, People.ai, ClosePlan, and Callidus Commissions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a fast-paced queue of support requests with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution.
  • Triage Level 2 tickets to the right stakeholders with required information.
  • Assisting in scheduled maintenance of systems via data migrations.
  • Maintaining SLA targets.
  • Managing access and visibility-related issues.
  • Assisting with documentation of best practices and usage.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 5+ years of professional experience in an IT/Salesforce Helpdesk role or Salesforce certified.
  • Salesforce Administrator experience is highly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of navigating Salesforce landscape and terminology with focus on data security and territory management.
  • Experience with sales processes and experience in a sales environment is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience providing system and tools support to users.
  • Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Quick learner and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Aggressive problem solver.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
