Business Solution Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Business Solution Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in capturing client requirements, analyzing them, and implementing business solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a logical and analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in groups.

  • Analyze client data for loading, verify and test application functionality with client data.
  • Capture and understand Client Requirements, analyze and map to product solution.
  • Document requirements that may require further configurations.
  • Communicate with clients on meeting agendas, meeting minutes, system demos, and client inquiries.
  • Take client calls on issues and inquiries and be able to navigate to closure.
  • Test the system functionality, report issues, and drive to completion.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in using implementation and delivery services software and tools.
  • Experience in software product implementation and support.
  • Knowledge of SQL and complex Excel functions is a plus.
  • Pension or benefits administration knowledge is a plus.
