Job Title: Payroll Implementation Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled business professional to join our team as a long-term remote contract role. The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge and experience in payroll and ideally will have experience with timekeeping systems and requirements gathering and functional design documentation.

About the Role:
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and document process and systems solutions
  • Work closely with global technology roles and collaborate with business and/or process experts to deliver process and systems solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or payroll analyst
  • Experience in payroll systems (Neyamo, Deel, SD Worxs, Strada, ADP Global View)
  • Strategic thinker and fluent in English
